Kobe was established in 1987, which was located in the very busy suburb of South Melbourne. There they strived to have the best and freshest of the fish and vegetables, often going to the local markets to get their ingredients. The second Kobe was then opened in 1990 in the friendly suburb of Doncaster East. There they added the very entertaining style of cooking called TEPPANYAKI.

Now, Kobe is very well known for its entertainment and also known for its quality of Japanese cuisine.

JAPANESE CUISINE: Teppanyaki is known for its freshness and unique style of Japanese cooking whilst cooking on a hot plate. With its added bonus of entertainment where the chef will throw food at you, will leave you laughing for joy when you see your friends miss.
